Working mothers have a really tough time balancing their health and family. Being devoted completely to work and family is a difficult task that we moms take on. It tends to be exhausting and difficult to have a healthy work-life balance. The most disheartening thing is not being seen as a complete employee or a mother. Yet, it doesn't have to be like this.
